Sales Manager

This is a standalone role with a clear purpose: to drive new business and expand local opportunities. You'll focus on networking, prospecting, and fostering relationships to promote cutting-edge security solutions, tailored to meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the local area to drive revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company’s footprint.

  • Understand client needs to tailor bespoke security solutions, ensuring a personalised and professional approach.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the security sector.

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations.

  • Ensure all sales processes adhere to relevant legal and industry standards, including data protection requirements.

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes to support business objectives.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, ideally within the security or military sectors (although other backgrounds will be considered).

  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a standalone role.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.
