This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing technology provider that delivers cutting-edge Cloud, Hybrid IT and Microsoft-based solutions to businesses across the UK.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth – someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate new business across Cloud, Hardware and IT Services

*

Identify, target, and develop new accounts through outbound activity, networking and referrals

*

Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations

*

Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and IT stakeholders

*

Maintain a healthy and well-documented sales pipeline using CRM

*

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery

*

Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

*

Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

Essential Skills & Experience:

*

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Technology services

*

Confident cold caller and face-to-face communicator

*

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and Hybrid IT solutions

*

Strong commercial awareness with understanding of profit and margin

*

Able to work independently in a hybrid working model (home, office, field)

*

Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented with strong negotiation skills

*

Excellent written and verbal communication
