Overview

  • Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 day, 2 nights, 4 off) with 12 hour shifts
  • Permanent

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing and coordinating operators
  • Skilled in diagnosing mechanical issues through systematic troubleshooting
  • Ability to take apart machinery to understand components and reassemble for optimal operation
  • Keen eye for detail to identify faults or inefficiencies
  • Commitment to ongoing improvement and suggesting process or machinery modifications
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and share insights to implement improvements

Key responsibilities

  • Lead first-line maintenance of several production machines and make operational decisions to achieve targets
  • Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machinery
  • Be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or equipment
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes of problems
  • Coordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to meet line targets
  • Assist operators with daily production tasks to ensure line targets are met
