Homecare Administrator - Peterborough. Location: Peterborough. Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday. Salary: From £27,000 + bonus & on-call (DOE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Effectively manage rotas for care teams and respond to day-to-day changes
  • Monitor care delivery to ensure it aligns with individual care plans and quality standards
  • Participate in multi-agency meetings with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and contribute to care planning decisions
  • Support the out-of-hours on-call service on a 1 in 8 rota basis (no hands-on care required)
  • When covering weekends, take an additional day off the following week to support work–life balance
What You'll Need
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Solid experience in an office-based role with strong admin and documentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple care packages and respond to changing priorities
  • Decisive, calm, and professional under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Clear communication, adaptable to different audiences (families, professionals, external partners)
  • Negotiation and influencing skills, especially in rota management and balancing client needs
  • Team player with a proactive approach and ability to build strong working relationships
