As Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns in the UK and across the EUSW cluster. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the brand voice within a dynamic corporate B2B engineering environment. From digital content and social media to trade shows and technical content, your efforts will help generate qualified leads, enhance regional engagement, and support business growth.

Description

Execute global marketing campaigns at the regional level, aligning with market needs and brand guidelines
Collaborate with local teams to gather insights, support marketing initiatives, and tailor messaging
Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid media
Create and refine marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, and technical content
Coordinate and execute events such as trade shows, webinars, customer workshops, and internal events Produce and edit multimedia content including video for both internal and external use
Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and email templates
Track campaign performance using analytics tools; report on insights and recommend improvements
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Europe South & West cluster on shared cluster campaigns and cross-regional projects
Social media strategy & audience engagement
Graphic design and asset creation
Video editing and multimedia production
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) to manage and publish digital content
Experience with CRM systems for campaign management and lead tracking
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms to create marketing assets and execute targeted email nurturing campaigns
Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices to support digital marketing efforts
Ability to perform analytics and campaign reporting to assess performance and optimize results
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute successful events and trade shows Profile
