We supply all the UK's food retailers with everything from Sandwiches, soups and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals, and in FY23, we generated revenues of £1.9bn.

Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

At Greencore, we're looking for an Insight Executive to join our dynamic Insight team and help shape the future of food through data, trends, and consumer understanding.

What you'll be doing

You will be at the heart of generating actionable insight and be the voice of consumers and shoppers. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting live projects across the Insight and Category teams, providing expertise and guidance.
Managing our Insight Hub and Knowledge AI platform, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and easy to access.
Running quick-turnaround research projects and keeping us ahead of the curve with emerging consumer trends.
Compiling and sharing our quarterly Insight Newsletter, making complex insights easy to digest.
Leading training sessions and inductions, making sure insight is embedded across the business.
Owning the Engagement Topic programme through our Talking Taste community, uncovering exciting food and consumer trends.
Staying ahead of industry trends and proactively sharing knowledge with the wider team.
Managing purchase orders to keep projects running smoothly.This role will involve travel to meetings, conferences, trade shows and customers and therefore requires you to have a valid UK driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

What we're looking for

We want someone who's as passionate about food and people as we are, with:

A natural curiosity and eagerness to dig deeper.
A degree (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication skills - whether with agencies, internal teams, or consumers.
Confidence using IT (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and an eye for detail.
A collaborative, team-focused approach.
A genuine interest in food and consumer behaviour.
