Job Description

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will join a supportive technical team within a growing HVAC and Building Services specialist based near High Wycombe. This permanent, full‑time role offers hands‑on exposure to live HVAC projects from early design stages through to delivery. You will support the design and coordination of HVAC systems across commercial and industrial projects, gaining practical experience, mentoring from senior engineers, and structured development within building services. This position is ideal for a motivated graduate seeking to build a long‑term career and develop technical expertise within the HVAC industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with HVAC system design and calculations
  • Supporting production of technical drawings and documentation
  • Preparing technical submissions and project documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Supporting project engineers with coordination and delivery
  • Attending site visits where required

Candidate Profile
