Job Description

We are looking for the next generation of Mechanical Graduate Engineers to join our team of expert engineers on a wide range of interesting, complex, and diverse projects. This role will work alongside other departments in a highly dynamic environment across the full engineering cycle from concept through to production.

What will you be doing?
  • You will begin your Prodrive career with a 2-year graduate development scheme with continual professional and technical mentorship.
  • Working on a variety of live projects, where your work will be integral to our team and delivered to customers.
  • You will learn how a fast-paced engineering business works, aligning with systems engineering principles and practices.
  • Gain exposure to different functional areas, from business development through to engineering and production.
  • Develop personal skills such as time management, teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Receive training and support to help identify your future specialism.
  • Encouraged to acquire professional registration within an appropriate body.
  • Enjoy a professional, relaxed, and supportive work environment.
Who are we looking for?
  • A Masters/Bachelors degree or equivalent within a field of Engineering is essential.
  • Strong involvement in projects, such as Formula Student, is preferred.
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
