A fantastic opportunity for an Electronic Design Engineer has arisen at an exciting Cambridge based technology development company who are developing next generation IoT wearable devices. You will join a supportive and dynamic R&D team as a Junior – mid level Electronics Engineer, working alongside experienced engineers developing electronics designs from the ground up, developing next generation IoT wearable products, production line test kit, and more!
  
This role would suit a graduate with a couple of years of experience looking to make their next move or maybe a recent PhD Graduate with relevant knowledge. If you are a graduate with at least a year in industry and your Degree / Masters dissertation involved developing an IoT / wearable devices / low cost device, please do apply!

Requirements of Electronics Design Engineer:

Good Degree, Masters or PhD in Electronics, or equivalent
Relevant Industry experience working in electronic design / hardware design
Good knowledge of Microcontrollers (ARM ideally), system-on-chips and peripheral communication protocols like SPI, I2C.
Good electronics design skills across digital and analogue electronics. Skilled in debugging and problem solving.
Experience working on low power consumption and low-cost devices beneficial
Understanding of Power circuitry including battery management, switch-mode regulators beneficial.
Knowledge of C beneficial
