We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Car Mechanics Mentor to become part of our dedicated Pastoral Team.**Car Mechanics Mentor – permanent2 days (13 hours) per week typically 8.30am – 3.30pm39 weeks per year - term time plus one week equivalent, to include training days****Grade 5 pay point 7 FTE £25,191 (actual salary £7,573.34 per annum)**In this role, you’ll lead our Car and Bicycle Mechanics intervention, working with small groups of pupils to teach practical skills such as changing wheels, tyres, and brake pads. More importantly, you’ll help young people build confidence, develop resilience, and feel positive about their school experience.You don’t need experience working with children—just a passion for mechanics and a desire to make a difference.
