What We're Looking For: Your Technician's Toolkit

We're searching for a dedicated Vehicle Technician who is:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in a relevant automotive field or equivalent.
  • Possesses proven knowledge and experience of working within a workshop environment – you've been under the hood before!
  • Holds an MOT Licence (preferred but not required) – a bonus that can accelerate your role.
  • Has a valid UK driver’s licence.
  • Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets – you know how to accelerate towards goals.
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs – no loose nuts here!
  • Confident in liaising directly with our customers on technical issues – you can talk the talk as well as walk the walk.

As a Vehicle Technician at Holdcroft, you'll be the architect of vehicle performance and safety, ensuring every car runs like a well-oiled machine and meets the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service by confidently discussing technical issues directly with our valued customers.
