5D Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively, and in partnership with a leading engineering company based in the heart of the home counties. Employing nearly 50 people they design, manufacture, assemble, test, and ship bespoke machinery from their new, world-class facility.

They are market leaders in the concept design and manufacture of fully automated, high precision, bespoke machines which are used to complete complex functions required to guarantee the quality of the product. Working across a variety of industries their main markets include the medical and scientific sectors, and they supply to some of the biggest names in the sector.

As part of their commitment to developing the next generation of engineers we are looking to recruit trainee engineers who will be mentored and trained to be able to build bespoke machinery from the ground up.

What we are Looking in a Candidate:

* Experience or exposure to mechanical engineering, ideally with a qualification, but this is not essential.

* A willingness and an ability to learn the products and the processes.

* Someone who can work well under instruction from a mentor.

* Someone who takes pride in their work.
