Home based, Covering Norwich, Thetford, Wisbech, Beccles, Bury st Edmunds and surrounding areas

Are you a Skilled Labourer, Mechanical Fitter, Plant fitter, Ex-Forces, REME or similar looking to become a technical specialist in a Field Based Role where you will be heavily trained within their specialist industry while offering optional overtime to increase your earnings and a performance reward scheme all whilst working towards becoming a technical expert on their products?

On offer is a great opportunity to work as part of a close-knit technical team with the view to be fully invested in through unrivalled training with the outcome of becoming a go-to specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to become fully trained with small plants equipment whilst covering a local area with rare stays away.

This company have a low staff turnover and are excellent at upskilling their team, due to contract wins and business growth they are expanding their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter looking for specialist training and overtime opportunities to join a rapidly expanding business

The Role:

  • Provide on-site services including fault diagnostics, servicing and maintenance of small plant, attend breakdowns and process the relevant documentation
  • Will be working in a mobile role on multiple assets within the Kent & Surrey area
  • Full Training to work on small plant equipment
