Trainee Electrical & Mechanical Engineer (Pumps/ Motors)

£35,000 - £37,000 + Overtime + Training + Progression + On-Site Parking Are you a Trainee Electrical & Mechanical Engineer looking to join a long-standing, close-knit business where you'll receive ongoing training, development, and the opportunity to grow into different roles within the company? Do you want the opportunity to join a third-generation, family-run engineering firm with over 100 years of excellence, a reputation for high-quality workmanship, and a track record of retaining staff long term? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned company specialising in electric motor rewinds and mechanical overhauls. They support a wide range of industries and are known for their quality, reliability, and flexibility, while offering a supportive environment with one-to-one training and external courses to help you progress in your career. In this role, you'll carry out electrical and mechanical repairs on motors, pumps, and gearboxes, both in the workshop and on-site. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1-in-7 call-out rota and overtime available. Most of your time will be workshop-based, with some travel across the UK.
