The Role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to accelerate IoT revenue growth by developing and expanding strategic wholesale and channel partnerships across the UK. This senior leadership role is pivotal to delivering an ambitious growth strategy, building high-value partnerships, and expanding market reach through indirect channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to a team of IoT professionals, driving revenue growth and strengthening the company’s position within the partner ecosystem.
  • Build and strengthen C-level relationships with strategic partners to influence business strategy and accelerate IoT connectivity growth.
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth through indirect sales channels, targeting segments not traditionally covered by direct sales.
  • Define and execute a clear indirect IoT strategy for the UK, driving growth and exploring opportunities for global alignment.
  • Influence internal stakeholders to secure support and investment in the indirect channel as a key growth engine.
  • Play a senior leadership role within the UK sales management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage a team of 4 direct reports.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership (3+ years) in a B2B telecoms, IT, or software environment within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales channels and go-to-market strategies, including how they integrate with broader commercial objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect strategy to performance outcomes.
  • Extensive experience developing and maintaining C-level relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable results.
  • Passionate about IoT and its potential to create new business opportunities.
  • Confident negotiator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
