Service Technician - London, UK

£38,000 - £43,000 per annum (depending on enterprise level experience)
Location: London & surrounding areas
Travel: Daily site visits to clients, company van with personal use included

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industry-leading security solutions, including Lenel, CCure, and Genetec. You'll work independently while being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

Your Role:

Service, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems across client sites.

Provide both remote and on-site technical support.

Ensure compliance with project schedules and service standards.

Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex faults.

Maintain accurate logs of work completed and system performance.

Travel daily between client sites across London.

Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

What You'll Need:

4+ years' experience in security installations, servicing, or design.

Hands-on experience with enterprise systems is preferred but not essential - we can and will train you!

Strong IT & networking knowledge is desirable (Cisco, TCP/IP, routing, switching).

Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges.

Full UK work authorisation and a valid driver's license.
