Location: London (80% Remote)
Salary: £85,000 + 10-15% Bonus

What You'll Do:

Champion Customer Value: Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.
Continuous Discovery: Lead ongoing research and experimentation to refine and validate product ideas, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Experiment & Iterate Rapidly: Drive a test-and-learn approach, running experiments to optimise features and functionality.
AI & Emerging Technologies: Explore and integrate AI and LLM technologies into products, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with engineering teams to tackle complex challenges and build scalable solutions.
B2B Product Development: Leverage your experience in B2B concepts to develop products that drive business success and customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.
Technical Understanding: A background in engineering is welcome but not required; however, you should be comfortable engaging with technical teams and discussing AI-driven solutions.What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in product management, ideally within a B2B environment.
Proven ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product strategies.
Passion for AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, with experience embedding them into products.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn, experiment, and iterate quickly.
Track record of running rapid experiments and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
