About Randell's Healthcare

Randell's Healthcare is a premier provider of comprehensive health services throughout Norfolk, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through personalised and innovative care. With a network of five clinics and a client base of 25,000 patients, we offer a diverse range of medical services and are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to lead our new physiotherapy service, designed to support the health and well‑being of our community, which is typically an older age range that will require physiotherapy to assist in their mobility.


Position: Senior Physiotherapist

Locations: Three Clinics Across Norwich and North Norfolk


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our physiotherapy service across three clinic locations.
  • Develop and implement high‑quality treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Oversee clinical operations, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentor and support junior physiotherapists, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment as the service expands.
  • Engage with patients, providing expert consultations and maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care across our full range of services.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid HCPC registration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practising physiotherapist, with a strong clinical background.
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest industry advancements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
