They are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of either one large scheme or a portfolio of smaller fast-track projects running concurrently. This role will suit someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys taking real responsibility for delivery.

To be considered, you must have managed MEP teams on commercial projects and have a strong mechanical bias with proven delivery experience.

• Taking full operational responsibility for mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion
