CLCH West Herts Respiratory Team - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting!

Are you a Physiotherapist looking to move beyond the traditional ward setting and into a high-impact, multidisciplinary specialist service?

As the team is growing, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our friendly, PRSAS-accredited service. This is a role for a clinician who wants to deliver expert respiratory intervention across a broad clinical breadth.

  • Accredited Excellence: We are a PRSAS-accredited team, meaning you are joining a service recognised for the highest standards of Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
  • A "Hospital without Walls": You will work across Virtual Hospitals, Hospital at Home, Home Oxygen Assessments (HOSAR), and community-based clinics. You get the clinical depth of an acute setting with the autonomy of the community.
  • Innovation & Integration: We share clinical medical leadership and joint governance with West Herts Hospitals Trust. You aren’t just a "visiting therapist", you're an integrated partner in a seamless patient pathway.
  • Invested in You: Whether you are an experienced respiratory lead or looking to step up, we provide a comprehensive induction. We actively support your journey toward becoming an Advanced Practitioner or an Independent Prescriber, and we encourage attendance at national conferences.
