Salary: £28,711 - £33,702 per annum, DOE plus benefits


Contract: Permanent, Full time


Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy and data integrity.
  • Partnering with sourcing and operations to implement supplier quality requirements.
  • Maintaining and improving our Quality Management System into a best‑in‑class framework.
  • Leading CAPA, change control and non‑conformance processes.
  • Measuring the success of quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
  • Guiding teams with expert advice on quality culture and best practices.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions on quality processes and mindset.
  • Providing expert guidance on validation strategy, scope and execution.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified – but driven, detail‑oriented and ready to make a difference.



  • Minimum three years’ experience in medical devices, pharma or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Proven success in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator – written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, agile with priorities.
  • Self‑motivated and collaborative.
