JustPhysio are looking for a Physiotherapist to work with their client based in Hertfordshire, Essex and North area of M25. Band 5/6 Physiotherapist. Product Specialist. Salary GBP40k :GBP45k. D/L required: company vehicle required, along with mobile phone and company laptop. Home based and visiting clients. Start ASAP.

Role Description

Their client designs and manufactures high-end rehabilitation equipment that enables children and adults with moderate to profound movement disorders to experience upright positioning, supported movement and greater inclusion in everyday life. The small, highly dedicated UK and Ireland team works closely with clinicians, families, Case Managers and partner organisations to deliver exceptional customer support and long-term outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically experienced professional or an industry-skilled product specialist to join an innovative, mission-driven company delivering life-changing solutions. Ideally based around Hertfordshire, Essex or the area north of the M25, you will manage your own territory, combining hands-on clinical assessment with technical expertise, customer relationship management and strategic commercial activity. You will work directly with children, adults, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to assess clinical need, deliver product trials, and support outcomes through ongoing user reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Moving and Handling of demonstration assistive technology equipment
  • Conduct hands-on product try-outs and assessments with individuals with moderate to complex neurological movement disorders
  • Deliver face-to-face demonstrations and clinical education to healthcare professionals (commonly within SEN school environments)
  • Manage technical adjustments and growth reviews for existing users
  • Identify opportunities to grow territory sales and market presence
  • Develop and implement territory sales and marketing plans using the Territory Planner
  • Analyse data to inform effective sales and service approaches
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships across clinical, private, charity and healthcare sectors
  • Attend trade shows, clinical events, and industry activities to promote Made for Movement solutions
  • Monitor competitor activity within your territory
  • Prepare and submit performance reports to the Head of UK and Ireland
Essential Experience
  • Full, clean driver’s licence
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Therapy Assistant/Technician roles welcome) AND/OR minimum 2 years industry experience as a Field Sales/Product Specialist in rehabilitation equipment
Desirable Experience and Knowledge
  • Degree level education (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid understanding of biomechanics, disability and rehabilitation approaches
  • Technical competence with rehabilitation equipment
  • Proven record of achieving sales growth
  • Experience using KPIs, CRM systems and MS Office
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Empathy, professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer care
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: GBP40,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Annual team bonus equivalent
