Salary: £31,000 to £53,000 pro rota and depending on experience.

The Role

Pure Physio are on the lookout for MSKs, FCPs and APP to join our growing team across the UK. We have a UK wide network of physiotherapy clinics and are looking for physiotherapists at all levels of experience, including graduates. As a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) or Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (APP), youll consult directly with patients without prior GP referral, enabling rapid and accurate MSK diagnosis or referral to secondary care when needed. Youll be embedded within GP practices and PCNs, supported by Pure Physiotherapys robust clinical network, including line managers, roadmap supervisors, and regional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert MSK clinician within primary care.
  • Deliver supported self-management programmes to empower patients.
  • Collaborate with GPs, PCNs, and stakeholders to streamline care pathways.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation and track patient outcomes.
  • Adapt to evolving primary care demands with flexibility and professionalism.

What Were Looking For

  • HCPC Registration
  • BSc Physiotherapy

Desirable For Our FCP Roles

  • Post-graduate / Masters qualification
  • Roadmap Stage 1 & 2 signed off.
