Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Operations Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day business operations. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines processing customer orders with a range of general office responsibilities. You’ll play an important part in keeping our internal processes running smoothly, supporting teams across the business, and helping to deliver excellent service to our customers and partners.

Job Requirements

Entry Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or customer service role is desirable

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    Skills Requirements

  • Excellent organisation and time management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • A team player with a willingness to get stuck in

  • Comfortable using systems and learning new tools

    Job Responsibilities

  • Processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently

  • Supporting the sales and finance teams with order administration

  • Managing supplier order acknowledgements and delivery updates

  • Maintaining accurate records in our internal systems

  • Monitoring shared email inboxes and responding to internal and external queries

  • Supporting the onboarding of new suppliers and customers with documentation

  • Assisting with general office duties such as handling post, booking couriers, and organising supplies

  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are set up and presentable

  • Working with vendors and service providers to manage office maintenance, deliveries, and equipment

  • Helping to improve and document operational and office procedures

  • Supporting event coordination and internal team activities where needed
