ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Multiskilled HVAC Engineer required to undertake reactive and planned maintenance. To carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across site. Based at STN6 but may be asked to assist other nearby sites as required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To carry out mechanical remedial works.
  • To attend and rectify mechanical faults.
  • To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
  • Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
  • Production of technical and situational reports as required.
  • Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be always compliant with its contractual obligations.
  • To always communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
  • Attending team meetings/briefings as always requested.
  • To ensure that the Company is always presented in a good light.
  • To escale any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.
  • Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and are equally aware of their own roles and responsibilities within the Company.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Clear DBS
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 HVAC/Air conditioning
  • F-Gas
  • Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations)
  • Water regs & L8
  • PASMA
  • IPAF
