Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading rotary aviation company based in Oxford in the recruitment of a Mechanical Technician.

As a Mechanical Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers on some of the world’s leading helicopters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and continuous operation of their aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Replace and install mechanical and electrical components in line with maintenance schedules and repair requirements.

• Support licensed engineers and technicians in carrying out inspections and repairs (please note: this role does not include certifying work).

• Collaborate closely with licensed engineers, fitters, and the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient aircraft maintenance operations.


Essential Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for aviation — we want this to be your passion.

• Strong desire to learn, develop, and adapt.

• Good manual skills and the ability to work methodically to technical instructions.

• A strong safety-first mindset — the lives of passengers and crew depend on competent maintainers.

• Qualifications: BTEC / NVQ Level 2 in Engineering or equivalent.

• Ability to interpret and follow technical documentation safely, efficiently, and effectively.

• Previous experience within the aviation sector.
