Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Project Manager, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with opportunities for remote work. Summit Design are market leaders in the restaurant and leisure sector, providing first class HVAC and mechanical installations to world class venues. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing mechanical engineering projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. The Mechanical Project Manager will collaborate with various teams, oversee project budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaise with clients to address their needs and expectations.


Requirements

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget control.
  • Proficiency in mechanical engineering principles, standards, and practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with clients and teams effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management software and relevant engineering tools.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Previous experience in mechanical project management is highly advantageous.
  • A full UK drivers license
  • Experience within rhe hospitality sector preferred
