We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Gas biased Contracts Manager for a rapidly growing company in East London.

Location: East London with occasional travel to head office in Hertfordshire
Salary: £65,000+ per annum (review after 3-month probation)
Package: Company van & fuel card or £300 per month car allowance, plus mileage
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00). Additional hours may be required to fulfil management duties.
Holiday: 33 days per annum including bank holidays (accrued monthly).

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Commercial Gas Contracts Manager to support the operational delivery of M&E service contracts and small project works.

This is a hands-on management role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead from the front. You will work closely with the wider team and senior leadership to grow and develop the Mechanical & Gas department while maintaining and raising standards across the board.
