We're seeking a

Mechanical Engineering Lecturer

with strong industry expertise in

PLC and Automation systems , ready to inspire and develop learners at Level 3 and T Level. This is a

full-time, permanent role , delivering hands-on, high-impact teaching to future engineering professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver engaging and industry-relevant lessons to Level 3 and T Level students

Bring your real-world experience in PLC/Automation into the classroom

Design and assess practical and theoretical engineering modules

Support learners' progress and contribute to their career readiness

Collaborate with a passionate teaching team to maintain high standards

What We're Looking For:

Significant experience in

PLC/Automation Engineering

(industrial or academic)

Recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering (minimum Level 4 or above)

Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

A passion for education and a student-focused approach

Excellent communication and organisational skills
