About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Analysis and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and planning of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance to ensure adherence

  • to industry standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop detailed project plans to guide the implementation of business

  • solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and

  • feedback.

  • Create comprehensive business analysis reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure

  • successful outcomes.

  • Ensure that all business analysis activities are conducted in accordance with best practices.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and

  • ensure satisfaction.

  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support business

  • planning efforts.

  • Provide training and support to junior business analysts to foster their

  • professional development.

    Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in business analysis and planning with at

  • least 10 years of experience.

  • Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance within the relevant

  • industry.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Show proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques.

  • Have experience in leading cross-functional teams.

  • Display strong project management skills.
