This award-winning company are one of the biggest tech global consultancies, who build solutions to drive growth & productivity across their ever-growing client list. They work with some of the largest global brands including various ‘big-tech’ companies and push the boundaries in developing cutting edge cloud, data and AI solutions for their clients.

Off the back of continued growth, they are now looking to expand their tech teams with a Lead Python Engineer to manage their UK & European teams. This role will combine hands-on coding with people management where you will mostly lead from a technical standpoint and lead the team on various new projects. The role can be fully remote with no expectation to go into their offices.

Role Responsibilities:

Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Python stack.
Essentials: Python, FastAPI, Flask, MVC, GCP, PostgreSQL
Additional: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience including people management.
Confident leading offshore based teams.
Happy being in a customer facing environment.
