Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead Engineer to join our team at a high-profile, static commercial site based in Oxford Circus, London.

This is a Monday to Friday role with a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year, offering long-term stability and excellent working conditions in a central London location.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all mechanical maintenance activities on-site (HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, etc.)

  • Supervise and support a team of engineers and subcontractors

  • Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive tasks

  • Ensure site compliance with all health & safety regulations

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and site management

  • Keep detailed records of work completed and site documentation



Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
