Junior Mechanical Estimator

A growing mechanical and electrical building services contractor operating across the South of England is looking to expand its pre‑construction team. Role Purpose

The junior mechanical estimator will support the preparation of mechanical building services tenders, assisting with take‑offs, pricing, supplier engagement, and general pre‑construction tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong technical and commercial foundations within a busy M&E contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand mechanical scope.
