We are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded Global IoT Trading & Performance Manager to lead trading activities across the global IoT Sales teams, playing a crucial part in driving trading success. The core focus of this role is to establish and maintain a robust trading rhythm across various regions. This will involve working closely senior sales leaders to ensure alignment with our revenue targets and sales pipeline objectives. In addition provide actionable insights on lead performance indicators to the Global Head IoT Sales.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a trading cadence across all markets, in collaboration with the market sales heads and trading managers.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly trading calls with Head of Sales & Local Trading Managers to review performance, discuss sales pipeline progress, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish a trading framework that outlines key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and trading guidelines to drive consistency, improve pipeline quality and accountability across all markets.
  • Create sales trading templates and tools to streamline reporting and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive use of Sales Tools and best practice adoption to drive improved sales productivity.
  • Create and launch Sales Activity dashboard and insights to Head of Sales on lead indicator trends and actionable recommendations for driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including IoT Business Operations, Commercial Insights and Marketing to produce the monthly update on KPI performance for the Business Decision Board and the Key Hyperformance Programmes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform trading strategies and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in sales trading, revenue management, or related roles, preferably in the IoT or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute trading strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel , PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages spoken will be beneficial in the role.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU region as needed.
