Role Highlights

Provide personal care, help with routines, meal preparation, light housework, companionship, social activities, and errands. Be friendly, confident, and able to put clients at ease.


Contract & Locations

We support communities in Royal Wootton Bassett, Marlborough, Swindon and surrounding areas. Hours available: 7am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm. Full‑time or part‑time guaranteed hours available. Minimum availability: every other weekend and a minimum of two evenings a week.


Benefits & Compensation

  • Full and part‑time hours with full training provided
  • Flexible guaranteed contracts based on availability
  • 35p per mile mileage
  • Pay from £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay + weekend enhancements
  • Paid travel time, £200 refer‑a‑friend scheme, company pension
  • Flexible working patterns, 28 days holiday (pro‑rata), free uniform and PPE
