Benefits

At Abicare, we know you don't become a care expert overnight. We start you off with an online training programme you can complete from your own home, but we don't stop there. You'll complete two to six days of industry‑standard training to get your care certificate. If you are new to care, you will shadow one of our experienced carers. As you learn the skills you need on the job, you will have extra training courses for your development and online training throughout the year.



  • Full and part‑time hours, with full training provided
  • Full‑time, part‑time, flexible guaranteed contracts available based around your availability
  • 35p per mile mileage
  • From £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay + weekend enhancements

Location & Hours

We are looking for carers to support the local community of Bradford on Avon, Trowbridge, Melksham, Devizes and the surrounding areas between the hours of 7am & 3pm or 3pm to 10pm or both. We can offer full‑time or part‑time guaranteed hours contracts to give you the financial security you need. We ask that you are available to work every other weekend and a minimum of 2 evenings a week.


Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, help with routines, meal preparation, light housework, companionship, social activities, and errands.
  • Be friendly, confident, and able to put clients at ease.
