We’re looking for a Facilities Technician (IoT) to help manage the operations and maintenance of MEP facilities, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), and Water Safety across our offices.
In this dynamic role, you’ll monitor and optimise building systems using advanced IoT technologies, including BMS and Smart Campus platforms. From handling Legionella control to ensuring optimal IAQ and water safety, you'll have the chance to make a direct impact on operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain MEP systems, IAQ, and water safety.
