Join Our Team as a Facilities Technician at Foster + Partners, London
We’re looking for a Facilities Technician (IoT) to help manage the operations and maintenance of MEP facilities, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), and Water Safety across our offices.
In this dynamic role, you’ll monitor and optimise building systems using advanced IoT technologies, including BMS and Smart Campus platforms. From handling Legionella control to ensuring optimal IAQ and water safety, you'll have the chance to make a direct impact on operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain MEP systems, IAQ, and water safety.
Use IoT devices (like Airthings & Infogrid) to keep everything running smoothly.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Work with cutting-edge tech in a collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in building services, BMS, or Legionella control.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
