Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Vision & Strategy

* Define and lead the Europe Network Services technology strategy aligned with global priorities.

* Drive innovation across:

* 5G & private networks

* Open RAN & disaggregation

* Cloud-native networks (NFV/SDN)

* Edge computing & network slicing

* AI-driven network operations (AIOps)

* Network As a Service

* SDWAN, SASE

* Build differentiated offerings for both Enterprise and Communications Service Providers (CSPs).

2. Solution & Offering Leadership

* Develop industry-leading solutions and platforms for:

* Network transformation & modernization

* Managed services & network operations

* Enterprise connectivity (SD-WAN, SASE, private 5G)

* Ensure reusability, scalability, and innovation embedded in offerings.

3. Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership

* Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs (CTOs, CIOs, COOs) across Europe.

* Lead executive-level discussions on digital and network transformation.

* Publish thought leadership (whitepapers, POVs) on future networks.

4. Sales & Growth Enablement

* Support strategic deals and large pursuits (multi-million € opportunities).

* Co-own pipeline growth and revenue acceleration with sales leaders.

* Drive win themes focused on automation, cost efficiency, and business outcomes.

5. Ecosystem & Partnerships

* Build and manage strategic partnerships with:

* Hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

* Network OEMs (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia)

* Open ecosystem players (Open RAN alliances)

* Drive co-innovation and joint go-to-market strategies.

6. Internal Leadership & Governance

* Ensure alignment between global practices and regional execution.

* Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.

* Drive capability building in emerging technologies
