What will the role involve?

Supporting customer enquiries via online chat, telephone and email.
Ensuring a first-class customer experience is consistently delivered.
Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
Follow up and document all client interaction using a CRM database.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and technical team to provide user feedback.
Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.
Educate customers on usability and interface/product updates.Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in a customer service-related role essential.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Natural communication style both written and verbal.
Ability to build sustainable relationships through emotional intelligence.
Experience in SaaS or IoT product support advantageous - (but not essential as full training and support given for applicant demonstrating the right aptitude and attitude.)What's in it for you?
