Description

Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on‑site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the satisfaction of our clients.


Role Overview: We are currently seeking a self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual who can manage, develop, delegate work accordingly whilst supporting project teams on progress and advancements. The successful candidate will work with an established commercial project management team and our in‑house M&E design team, who operate with the latest Revit, AutoCAD and MEP 3D design packages. The majority of our projects are based throughout NI & ROI and are predominantly within the commercial sector; these projects include general mechanical and electrical installation works and various construction activities. Relevant experience within the MEP sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

Hours: Monday‑Thursday 8am‑5pm and Friday 8am‑3pm
Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to: Operations Manager


What You’ll be Doing

Responsible for leading and developing project delivery teams to ensure safe, high‑quality and timely project delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings and site engagement. The role oversees project planning and readiness (including drawings, specifications, orders, templates, plant and equipment), resource forecasting, subcontractor vetting and management and cost control in collaboration with commercial and operations teams. Key duties include forecasting and tracking project spend, managing labour and subcontractor requirements, supporting valuations, variations and claims, chairing regular internal project meetings, reporting progress to clients and contributing to company‑wide performance reviews. The role also ensures compliance with budgets, programmes and safety standards, supports team development and oversees completion activities such as O&M manuals, as‑built drawings and certification.
