Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid position for a Specialist Neuro Physiotherapist, based in Newport, Wales, with the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. The role involves delivering specialist physiotherapy assessments and treatments to individuals with neurological conditions. You will contribute to patient care planning, monitor progress, and provide professional guidance to other team members. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of patient-centered care is an integral part of this role.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Neuro Physiotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork
  • Experience working with neurological conditions and understanding their complexities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Relevant professional qualifications and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Active member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists In Neurology (ACPIN)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
  • Previous clinical experience in a similar role is advantageous
