Overview:

Compass Associates is proud to be partnering with an expanding specialist provider of homecare services for individuals with complex needs, offering comprehensive, nurse-led support that is personalised, reliable, and delivered with expertise.

Compass Associates are collaborating with them to seek a RMN qualified nurse, experienced in supporting adults with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs, to join their team as a Clinical Lead.

The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, deliver training on key clinical and behavioural areas and manage their own caseload of complex care clients.



Location:

The role requires hybrid working, with time spent working from home and across Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex.

Hence, this position is commutable from Woking, Aldershot, Fleet, Godalming, Camberley and Farnborough.



Criteria:

  • NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience
  • Experience supporting adults with complex mental health and neurodevelopmental needs (e.g. EUPD, Autism)
  • Experience working in community settings or supported living and managing a caseload
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, risk management, and PBS
  • Ability to build care plans and lead on risk reduction
  • Confident leading MDTs and supervising care teams



Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday, 40hrs per week.



Interview Process:

This will be a two-stage process, both accommodating virtual meetings with the CEO, COO and/or Head of Nursing. The 1st stage will be an informal chat, and the 2nd stage being a more formal interview.



Salary and Benefits:

This Clinical Lead position pays £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + mileage, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an impressive benefit package:
