Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Advanced Oncology Physiotherapist, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in London, which is easily accessible via public transport.


About the role:

As an Advanced Oncology Physiotherapist, you will have the skills and experience to manage an oncology outpatient caseload, whilst supporting the Physiotherapy Lead with service development initiatives.



  • Start date: 29th July 2024
  • End date: 27th September 2024
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 30 hours per week, with consideration for less (clinic opening hours between 07:30 to 19:30)
  • Shift pattern: TBC, pro rota
  • Band 7 (may consider Band 8+ for the right candidate)


Requirements for an Advanced Oncology Physiotherapist:


  • Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Relevant postgraduate training in Oncology
  • Outpatient experience
  • Relevant postgraduate training in Lymphoedema (e.g., garment fitting, Vodders) – Desirable
  • Support for upskilling and development through professional Lymphoedema training (HCA support)
  • Significant postgraduate oncology experience in outpatient settings
  • Private sector experience – desirable
