About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Physiotherapist – MSK Team in Sidcup. This ongoing, full-time position offers up to £31 per hour and the chance to take a leading role within the Adults MSK Service.


Working within a dynamic and supportive team, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering high‑quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy services. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your leadership experience while continuing to develop your clinical expertise in a varied and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership:


Supervise, appraise, and provide professional guidance to Bands 2–6 therapy and support staff in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients within the Adults MSK Service.


Student Support & Education:


Coordinate student placements with support from the Lead Clinician.


Assist clinical educators with supervision, teaching, and assessment responsibilities.


Service Development:


Support the operational management of the MSK physiotherapy service.


Liaise closely with the ESP/Clinical Lead for the Adults MSK team.


Lead on specialist projects and service improvements aligned with your expertise.


Participate in the weekend working rota to ensure continuity and quality of care.
