Our client is looking for a skilled and compassionate Community Physiotherapist to join their team in Haverfordwest, with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high‑quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment. If you are passionate about helping individuals recover and improve their mobility, and have the expertise to deliver personalised rehabilitation plans, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients within the community, helping them recover and maintain independence.
  • Work autonomously, managing a diverse caseload including older adults, individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, or respiratory conditions, and those recovering from surgery or injury.
  • Develop personalised care plans, deliver therapy in patients' homes or local clinics, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide patient education, advising on long‑term management, and promote health and wellness within the community.

Qualifications and Experience

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist in a community or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment modalities for community‑based patients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits.
