On offer is the opportunity for a Service Engineer or with a background in Mechanical Building Maintenance or similar to join a company which takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions and investing in their employees, offering internal training and development to support your growth and success. In this role, as Service Engineer you will deliver maintenance, faulting finding and repair services across commercial sites, ensuring mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely. You will work on a range of equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, pipework, valves and plant room equipment. You will also support general building services tasks such as breakdowns and emergency callouts.

This role would suit a Service Engineer, a mechanical background in building services with the relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate would also have preferable experience with HVAC, plumbing and mechanical services as well as a full UK Driving License.

  • Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical building services

  • Experience with HVAC and plant room
