Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer - Water Sector

We are expanding our expert engineering teams and are looking for a key leader to join us in London, Reading, or High Wycombe. What You’ll Be Doing

Leading End-to-End Design:

  • Lead mechanical design for critical infrastructure and non-infrastructure water projects.
  • Take charge of design for Water and wastewater treatment plants, conveyance systems and pumping stations.
  • Manage feasibility studies, optioneering, detailed design packages, site surveys and investigations.

Work closely with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams across all stages to ensure positive and successful project outcomes. Mentor and guide junior engineers.

About You

Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related subject.

Proven substantial experience in mechanical design within the water industry; experience in design for construction is beneficial.

Ideally hold Chartered status or actively working towards it. Background working with or closely with delivery contractors is highly beneficial.
