Senior Clinical Nurse - Patient Solutions

Field-based | North London

Permanent | Full-time | 40 hours per week

Make a difference in patients' lives while leading and supporting a dedicated clinical team.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse to join our Patient Solutions team, delivering outstanding care as part of the Baxter Homecare Programme.

The Role

As a Senior Clinical Nurse, you will:

  • Lead and support a small team of nurses (up to 5).
  • Deliver safe, effective patient care in homes, hospitals, and virtually.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, NHS hospitals, and stakeholders.
  • Provide patient education and transition support between hospital and community care.
  • Manage performance against KPIs, audits, and service standards.
  • Deputise for the Nurse Manager and contribute to on-call services.

About You

  • NMC Registered Nurse with 2+ years' post-registration experience.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communicator with a patient-centred approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Desirable: experience in CVAD, parenteral nutrition, or related therapies.
