Salary: Up to £42,000 + Company Car + Full Benefits Package

Are you a skilled and driven Security Service Engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a leading enterprise solutions provider? We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Enterprise Security Service Engineer to join our growing team, delivering exceptional service across key commercial and enterprise client sites throughout Leeds and West Yorkshire.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of high-end electronic security systems across a portfolio of blue-chip and enterprise-level clients. This role offers a dynamic environment with exposure to a wide range of cutting-edge security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and maintain enterprise-level CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems

  • Respond to reactive maintenance issues across client sites

  • Carry out system diagnostics and fault finding

  • Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and client specifications

  • Maintain professional client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records

    Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience servicing and maintaining integrated enterprise-level security systems

  • Strong technical knowledge of major systems (e.g., Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, Milestone, etc.)

  • Knowledge of current security regulations and standards

  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • ECS/CSCS card and relevant industry certifications desirable
